How to ask us to delete your data
Send an email to support@rootkore.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:
- your full name and the email address or phone number you used with us;
- what you want deleted (a job application, an enquiry, or the data from a social media account);
- if it concerns a social media account: the platform (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn or TikTok) and the page or profile name.
To protect your privacy we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from you before we delete anything.
What we delete
- Job applications: your application details and your uploaded CV.
- Enquiries and messages: the messages you sent us and the contact details we kept for them.
- Records we must keep by law (for example invoices of a paid project) are kept only for the period the law requires.
How long it takes
We confirm your request within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will email you when it is done.

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok data
If you connected an account to our tools, or you wrote to or commented on one of our accounts and want that data removed, tell us in the same email and we will delete the stored access tokens and the comments, messages and statistics we saved from it.
You can also remove our access yourself at any time:
After you remove access, the platform stops sending us data, and we delete what we stored on request.
